Abstract:
The planned measures on implementation of quality management system of servicing passengers at the bus stations are resultat. The functional distribution of work is suggested in the process of accomplishment of functions of quality management system by building the chart of functional intercommunications. The chart of information flows at the bus station has been made. It provides the necessary information for all participants of the processes of servicing passengers (attending personnel of the bus stations, managers of the bus stations associations, authorities and passengers).The composition of documents at the bus stations and the recommendations as to their automation with the help of ‘Microsoft Excel’ program are defined.
