Abstract:
It is suggested to classify the personnel management strategies by two levels. The first level corresponds to the stages of development of the enterprise business types, the secondto directions and action programs in regards to personnel. Possible strategies of personnel management is presented in the form of a tesseract (4-dimensional cube). Its fundamental difference is a complex consideration of such features as life cycle of business units of the enterprise, type of its personnel policy, the employees of the enterprise, functions of personnel management.
