Abstract: В статье дается ответ на вопрос, как возникают компании, основанные на знаниях в институциональной среде низкотехнологичных отраслей. Представлены три различныхпутиих появления.Finally the three different cases of organizing KIE allow us to discuss the emergence and mechanisms of KIE in a scope between the extremes of path creation and path dependenceas well as from sensing structural opportunities (systemic entrepreneurship)upto creating opportunities by willful entrepreneurs(institutional entrepreneur).
