Features of small innovative enterprises development in the conditions of Krasnoyarsk region

Abstract:
The article deals with a small innovative company as one of the priority categories of business entities, which may be provided state support, the program called «small innovative companies» (including small innovative companies-issuers) legal persons who are the subjects of small and (or) average business operating at the time of the decision to grant subsidies to more than 1 year, in fact, producing innovative products (implementing innovations) or providing innovative services, as well as actually carrying out the cost of technological innovation. The solution to this problem lies in the basic form of support at the moment is incubation. At the same time the process of incubation is very cost and requires not only considerable financial resources, but also highly qualified personnel with expertise in the technical, operational, legal and financial matters and, reimbursement is possible only after a fairly long period (3-5 years) of future earnings successful small innovative enterprises.
