Abstract: Article describes the main activities within the framework of state support of agricultural enterprises formed and found the fastening in the legislation of the Russian Federation at this stage. The development and release of the priorities of public funding for rural development will help to improve the industrial structure of agriculture, the development of science-based crop management systems, accelerating the development of animal husbandry, sustainable development of rural areas.
