Abstract:
Studied the species composition of fungi, causing root rot and diseases of the ear of wheat, grown in various zones of Orenburg region. The identified species of fungi of the genus Bipolaris ( B. sorokiniana ), Fusarium ( F. heterosporum, F. oxysporum, F. culmorum, F. graminearum ), Alternaria alternatа, Cercosporum sp., Penicillium sp., Aspergillus sp. Found that the ratio of pathogens in populations depend not only on the host plant, but to a greater extent on climatic and edaphic factors. It was possible to trace changes in the ratio of types in the population, depending on variety, area of cultivation and weather conditions of the growing season.
