Formation of a system for efficient use of mineral and organic fertilizers as part of justification of sectoral Foresight

Abstract: In article assessment of intensity and effectiveness of use of mineral and organic fertilizers in agriculture of Russia is carried out. Approaches to the state support of inducing of use in production of fertilizers as a factor in productivity growth and improving of soil fertility are shown. In order to increase rate of fertilizers' usage should be harmonized organizational and economic measures of state support in the Russian Federation.
