Abstract:
Ensuring the development of agricultural production is inseparably connected with traceability, both the quantity and quality of output. Obtaining reliable information increases the effectiveness of management decisions. Existing information systems can be the basis for the implementation of this kind of problems. However, study of the structure and inter-element interaction is required. An application development information system for these cases is an urgent task. The interrelation of developments of agricultural production and transport system of regions and the country in general is shown in article. Creation of multipurpose information and analysis centers of control over cargo transport in transit is offered to agricultural production in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation. It is shown the need of development of the relevant standard and legal documents, programs and the stimulating measures allowing to develop resource-saving, economically acceptable decisions in the field of road economy and operation of transport and technological machines in agro-industrial complex with use of information technologies.
