Abstract:
Modern social and economic development of the country demands formation of effective model for control of the motivational mechanism in organizations and development of personnel potential. Labor, social and creative initiatives of each worker define results of all production and economic activity of the organization depending on efficiency of motivation mechanism. The article describes management of motivational mechanism, its functions and factors exerting impact on motivation, strategic directions of motivation management and recommendations on its definition in current circumstances.
