Scientific support for the increase of labour productivity in the regions of Russia

Abstract:
The article underlines the urgency of the task to improve productivity at the regional level. Attention is drawn to the fact that the system implementation of scientific providing intensive formation of labour resources as a key factor of production, improved utilization of human capital contributes to innovative development of economy of regions. The trend of labor productivity across the regions suggests that a key task now is the identification and effective use of resources in the development of labor resources taking into account characteristics of a particular territory. The determination of these reserves is proposed with the active participation of representatives in the first place, the regional scientific community. This will allow us to develop and provide organizational and methodological support of activities aimed at implementation of innovative technologies, reducing the complexity of production processes. The study identified the priority tasks of scientific support of increasing labour productivity in the regions.
