Abstract:
In article questions of intra-corporate training as one of the main methods of improvement of a personnel management system of the company are considered. The system of intra-corporate preparation can be effective only if the current situation is analysed, the prospect is estimated and the image of the desirable future is created, changes are predicted, projects of change are prepared, terms and expenses, etc. are determined. The analysis of work can show what knowledge is required for its performance. Methods of management have to provide high efficiency of activity; to ensure harmonious functioning of personnel and each worker separately; to provide the accurate organization of production and management.
