Abstract: The article discusses the problem of food quality indicators that are associated with the procurement and commissioning of material and technical equipment in factories and laboratories. It is established and mathematically justified that strengthening of economic sanctions requires shortening of time required for implementation of innovations in production, accelerated equipping of food production and modern laboratories with research equipment.
