Abstract:
This article discusses the tools of population policies, their effectiveness and relationship with the level of economic development, characteristics of migration and health problems, fertility and mortality. Also paid attention to approaches to measuring the quality of welfare of the population as a subjective quality evaluation of formation of welfare on the results of sociological research and characteristics of access to public goods.
