State support of agricultural organizations in the Central Black Earth regions of the Russian Federation

Abstract: In article the directions of state regulation and support of agricultural industry of the areas of Central Black Earth Region are analyzed. The main program actions for development of industries of crop production and livestock production are considered. An assessment is given to development of agrarian sector of economy which substantially provides food independence of the country. Need of the state support of agrarian sector by means of budget financing is proved.
