Abstract: The article deals with the problem of food security and development of domestic agriculture. It is shown that for the sustainable development of agriculture and food security is necessary to solve a range of interrelated problems. The authors considered possibility of development of domestic agriculture on the basis of state support, directed lending and public-private partnerships.
