Abstract:
In article the analysis of definitions of competitiveness of personnel, widespread in scientific literature, is carried out. An attempt to classify factors of competitiveness of personnel from the point of view of the emergence environment is made. It is shown that the personnel in the organization are the most changeable factor for which new approach which covers not only a wide range of administrative problems is necessary.
