Abstract:
The article addresses the matters of integrated use of motivation to provide for effective labour of a company’s staff. The division of motivation to internal and external allows to refine human resource management process by defining a specific stimulus, which creates the basis of productivity growth. Specialists noticed that the strong motivation is able to smooth and disguise the gaps in expertise and professional skills. The motivation system of any enterprise must be present not only material but also moral encouragement, and penalties. Moreover, the approach to motivation of the employee must be individual and differentiated.
