Abstract: В статье определяется роль управленческого решения в деятельности эффективного менеджера. Выявляется зависимость профессионализма менеджера от качества принимаемых им управленческих решений. Формулируются требования, предъявляемые к управленческим решениям и к личности профессионального менеджера.The author of the article defines the role of management decision in practice of effective manager. The paper presents dependence of manager's professionalism on quality of his management decisions. The author formulates requirements to management decisions and to figure of professional manager
