Abstract: В данной статье рассмотрены проблемы регулирования уголовным законодательством отношений с применением офшорных зон. Выявлены механизмы использования офшорных компаний, которые не урегулированы уголовным кодексом. Предложены способы решения данной проблемыIn this article problems of regulation are considered by the criminal legislation of the relations with application of offshore zones. Mechanisms of use of the offshore companies which aren't settled by the criminal code are revealed. Ways solutions of this problem are proposed
