Abstract: This report presents the main features of Japanese management model, as well as considers the possibility of their application in Russia on the basis of the SWOT-analysis, reflecting the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities of weaknesses overcoming and threats that may prevent their removal and options on how to prevent them.
