Abstract: В статье рассматривается и анализируется поведение домохозяйств, в отношении имеющихся у них сбережений, в периоды нестабильности в экономике, а также место, роль и влияние государства на эти процессы.The article discusses and analyzes the behavior of households in respect of their savings in periods of instability in the economy, and the place, role and influence of the state in these processes.
