Abstract: Предлагается к рассмотрению модель инновационного развития индивидуальной застройки посредством создания туристической индустрии. Процесс функционирования индивидуальной застройки представляется частью организации рекреационного туризма.It is proposed to consider a model of innovative development of individual building through the establishment of the tourism industry. Process of functioning of individual building is part of the organization of recreational tourism.
