Abstract: В статье рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с использованием института медиации как эффективного способа защиты доброго имени в сфере предпринимательства. Отмечено, что несмотря на пока не высокий уровень востребованности медиации в бизнесе следует создать условия для повышения культуры предпринимательства, в том числе путем развития медиативных начал разрешения предпринимательских споров.The article deals with questions related to the use of mediation institute as an effective way to protect the good name in the field of entrepreneurship. It is noted that despite a high level of demand for mediation, it is necessary to create conditions to improve the culture of entrepreneurship including through the development of meditative beginnings of solving business disputes.
