State policy of innovative development of regions and cities of Ukraine: features and prospects of implementation

Abstract: In th article the instruments to support of innovative development at the regional level which are currently used in Ukraine are identified and characterized. The directions of the state of scientific-technical and innovation policy for the industrial regions and cities are offered.
