Abstract: He dynamics of financing higher education in Ukraine are revealed in the article. The structure and funding of projects by Tempus programme in Ukrainian universities were analyzed. The changes in the education system through participation in international projects are described in the paper. There are recommendations to the Ukrainian universities in international programs are given.
