Abstract: The subject of research is the operational and financial performance of the leading Ukrainian agrofood companies for the period 2006 2012 years. Based on the definition of the main features of which approaches to prognosticate their market position in the short term and put forward proposals to ensure competition in the domestic agrifood complex are highlighted.
