Modern Condition of personnel Developmentat the machine-building enterprises in Ukraine

Abstract: Condition of personnel development at the machine-building enterprisesin Ukraine and Kharkiv region, in particular its structure, dynamics of learning, safety, are investigated in the article, relations between personnel development and innovative development at the machine-building enterprises are identified, measures to offset the negative trends at the machine-building enterprises by devise administrative mechanisms of labor force development at the macro and micro level are proposed.
