Management of social infrastructure of industrial enterprise effectiveness in modern conditions

Abstract: This paper investigates the current trends in management of enteprise’s social infrastructure. The author focuses on the difficulties of effectiveness evaluating of social institutions of departmental subordination. The method of evaluating the effectiveness of social infrastructure on the basis of three components determination is proposed. This approach takes into account the interests of the owners (managers) of the company, employees and society. Basing on the comparison of three components the author submitted the list of recommended strategies for social objects management for industrial enterprises of different types.
