Abstract: The problem of financial and capital market in Ukraine is relevant because of the need of real sector in extended financing. Before the 2008 capital market was in a stage of its active formation: banks, insurance companies, pension funds, stock market increased assets and financial stability. However, these improvements were not accompanied by an adequate transformation of the real economy, which led to conflicts in the saving and investing processes.
