Analysis of the technical State of the housing Ukraine and proposals for evaluation

Abstract: In the complex analysis of the technical condition of the housing stock in Ukraine, and it is proved that today a large number of residential buildings are in a dilapidated and dangerous condition. The analysis of housing development for years and determined that the majority of residential buildings in need of a major overhaul. The paper proposals for the methodology for determining the physical deterioration of residential buildings.
