Abstract: The article is devoted to research of theoretical and methods bases of audit of commercial banks and determination of directions of its development and improvement in Ukraine. The investors and owners of the bank needed the conclusions for effectiveness bank’s strategies for making dessicions for the development this credit establishment and cooperation with it.
