Abstract: On the basis of the disclosure of the role and place of the Research Economic Institute (INAH) of the former State Planning Commity of Ukraine the role and place of national economic science in the scientific and methodological support of state influence on the socio-economic development of the state and regions. The expediency of the creation of the mode of "Academy of Economic Management" is disclosed. The directions and objectives of the Academy on the formation of scientific and educational governance provision which may be called "life in a new way" in Ukraine.
