Abstract: Improvements of the mechanism of management of competitiveness and stability of enterprise structures the solution of the following tasks is proposed: definition of key concepts of separate models of organizational enterprise structures; an assessment of organizational culture in the context of model of formation of effective enterprise structure; development of the system of planning of organizational actions in enterprise structures; formation of approximate model of organizational structure of the mixed type for small enterprises; taking note of the enterprise environment in the mechanism of providing corporate economic security.
