Abstract: Health agencies currently provide high-quality services on a fee basis. In this regard, budgetary institutions have a new source of income. However, the state has retained the ability to exercise control over the expenditure of financial resources budgetary institutions of health care through the publication of legal acts, which reduces the efficiency of financial institutions.
