Abstract: В статье приведены результаты корреляционно-регрессионного анализа полученных статистических данных и построена економетрическая модель оценки социально-экономической эффективности системы корпоративного управления нефтегазовыми предприятиями, которая представляет плотность и качество корреляционных взаимосвязей между избранными факторными показателями, которые влияют на результативный показатель - рентабельность инвестиций.The article provides the results of the correlation and regression analysis of the obtained statistics together with the econometric assessment model of the social and economical effectiveness of the corporate management system of oil and gas enterprises which represents the tightness and quality of correlation between the chosen factor indicators that influence the output indicator - return on investment.
