Abstract: Crisis management is regarded as the process of detecting the crisis symptoms and their alleviation and/or total elimination in the regular management mode. The managerial situations are seen from the point of view of analysis and diagnostics of the balance between net assets and equity capital. The author considers the possibility of establishing a dynamic normal: the original net assets plus normative addition.
