Abstract: The article explores various aspects of organizational training in a strategic alliance. The author examines two main types of training and provides their characteristics; the two types are training in cooperation and training in competition. The article also provides criteria for evaluating partners in an alliance from the point of view of effective organizational training. The author describes ways of converting knowledge into organizational property. The article reflects the author's position on managing organizational training in a strategic alliance.
