Abstract: The article is devoted to the establishment of an effective system for organization and management of the inner structures of the company which perform technical maintenance of the production department, in the framework of modern economic relations. The article examines the issues related to the isolation of secondary structures as cost centers and profit centers; these secondary structures are a part of the company, its organizational departments.
