Abstract: The article examines the main features of money flows construction for the evaluation of oil/gas extraction projects efficiency. Using the international and Russian know-how the author presents the evaluations, the key performance indicators (KPI), the methods used to calculate the indicators, advantages and disadvantages of the indicators. The author provides the options of KPI interpretation for the investment decision making on the implementation of an oil/gas extraction project.
