Abstract: The article shows that petrocurrency and transnational banks have not only united the commercial units, expanded the development prospects and accelerated the progress, but also aggravated many problems and inconsistencies, and undermined the basis of economic security of some countries. The author examines the problems and inconsistencies involved in the introduction of the new petrocurrency resources and oil money.
