Abstract: Main features of existing foreign systems of agrarian commodity producer’s insurance using the example of the USA, Germany and Spain which present American, European and mixed protection model are identified. Author’s strategy of insurance system formation in agriculture of Ukraine is offered taking into account foreign experience through highlighting the most important and perspective peculiarities (characteristics) of agrarian’s protection system that is determined as “the rule of ten”.
