Abstract: У статті досліджено хронологічний аспект формування економічної сутності категорії «реструктуризація підприємства» та визначено ключові підходи до змістовного наповнення даної категорії. Запропоновано авторське визначення змісту поняття «реструктуризація підприємства». Автором обґрунтовано особливості економічної природи та детермінанти якісної характеристики процесу реструктуризації підприємств.In the article the chronological aspect of forming the economic substance of the category «enterprise restructuring» and defines the key approaches to the content of this category. An author''s definition of the category «enterprise restructuring». The author proved the economic features of the nature and determinants of the quality characteristics of the process of restructuring.
