Abstract: В даній статті зроблено аналіз зовнішнього боргу Украйни та його структури за останні 7 років. Було визначено боргоутворювальні фактори в Україні. Наведені ефективні механізми управління та обслуговування державного боргу.There are an analysis of external debt of Ukraine and its structure in the last 7 years in this article. There were determined the factors that create a debt in Ukraine. There are listed the effective mechanisms of management and servicing of external debt.
