Abstract: В статье рассматривается и сравнивается развитие социального партнерства Украины и Германии. Особое внимание уделено определению термина социальное партнерство, тем недостаткам, которые необходимо устранить и которые можно избежать, и тем преимуществам, которые мы можем позаимствовать у более развитых стран.Development of social partnership in Ukraine and Germany is being considered in this article. Particular attention is paid to the definition of social partnership, the deficiencies that need to be addressed and which can be avoided, and the benefits that we can borrow from the more developed countries.
