Abstract: In the context of global changes in the global and domestic economy significantly changed the role of man in the production activity . The article deals with the modern theory of techno-economic development, reflected the stages of development of personnel management in accordance with the technological structure, disclosed the contents of knowledge management as a key concept in the management of innovative production.
