Abstract: In this article reveals the relevance of research to improve the system of strategic planning of innovation and investment activity in the agricultural enterprise, types of planning innovative-investment activity of agrarian enterprises, software-oriented model of strategic planning of innovation and investment activities of AIC, the evaluation criteria of innovation and investment activity of agricultural enterprises.
