Abstract: In this article reviewed problems of providing industries and fields of activity with qualified personnel in terms of forced industrial-innovative development of Kazakhstan and to create a modern, relevant to international integration society with effective multi-national economy, also studied international experience in training qualified personnel, tendencies of development of the Kazakhstan labor market taking into account the demand from employers for a certain level of experts, the directions of high-quality training of qualified personnel in Kazakhstan.
