Abstract:

The subject of research is the analysis of the innovation infrastructure as a complex development institution viewed from different perspectives.. In the first part of the paper the place of the innovation infrastructure is identified according to three significant institutional approaches: the Russian approach to development institutions, the sectoral approach and the non-institutional approach. It is concluded that the innovation infrastructure in each of the above approaches can be rightfully interpreted as a complex institution of development. In the second part the complex nature of the innovation infrastructure as a development institution is revealed in the context of functional specialization of its subjects. This comprehensive view makes it possible to cover subject-functional groups encountered in practice and find room for the names of subjects poorly fitting into the existing classification approaches to the innovation infrastructure.The findings of the research can be used for the development of normative-methodological and classifi support of the state monitoring and scientifi analysis of the innovation infrastructure.

Предметом статьи стал анализ инновационной инфраструктуры как комплексного института развития, который раскрывается в разных ракурсах. В первой части статьи идентифицируется место инновационной инфраструктуры в трех значимых институциональных подходах: в российском подходе к институтам развития, секторальном и неоинституциональном подходах. Делается вывод о том, что в каждом из них инновационную инфраструктуру правомерно интерпретировать как комплексный институт развития. Во второй части статьи комплексный характер инновационной инфраструктуры как института развития раскрывается в разрезе функциональной специализации ее субъектов. Такое комплексное представление позволяет полноценно охватить встречающиеся на практике субъектно-функциональные группировки и найти место для наименований субъектов, слабо вписывающихся в существующие классификационные подходы к инновационной инфраструктуре.Результаты исследования могут быть использованы для развития нормативно-методологического и классификационного обеспечения государственного мониторинга и научного анализа инновационной инфраструктуры.
