Abstract:

The paper focuses on the functional specifics of growth companies (GC) and the need to implement a program of their government support. The subject of research is the GC activities. The purpose of research is to prove the effect of the successful GC operation on the long-term economic growth. The GC phenomenon in the global economy is considered; the assessment of the GC contribution to the GDP growth and employment is provided; criteria for classifying companies as growth organizations are defined.At present, the formation of the high-performance sector in Russia is at the initial stage. However, a program for their state support is needed to expose the existing GC potential. The main idea of the program, its key areas and implementation mechanisms are described in the paper. It is concluded that concentration of targeted investments in the sector of successfully run medium business companies makes it possible to achieve explosive growth and extend the effect obtained thereby to the whole economy through increased demand for innovations.

Статья посвящена особенностям функционирования быстрорастущих компаний (БРК) и необходимости реализации программы по их поддержке со стороны государства. Предмет исследования - деятельность БРК. Цель работы - доказать влияние успешной деятельности БРК на долгосрочный экономический рост. Рассмотрен феномен БРК в мировой экономике, представлены оценка вклада БРК в прирост ВВП и уровень занятости, определены критерии отнесения компаний к быстрорастущим организациям. В настоящее время можно говорить о начальном этапе процесса формирования сектора высокоэффективных компаний в России. Однако для раскрытия имеющегося потенциала БРК необходима программа по их государственной поддержке. В статье рассмотрены основная идея этой программы, ее ключевые направления и механизмы реализации. Сделан вывод о том, что концентрация точечных инвестиций, сосредоточенных в секторе успешно работающих компаний среднего бизнеса, позволит достичь взрывного роста и распространить возникший эффект на экономику в целом через увеличение спроса на инновации.
