Abstract:

The subject of the paper is a paradigm of company management strategy under conditions of uncertainty. The purpose of the paper is creation of the company’s image in the competition. A new competition strategy of the company is proposed. The approaches to the formation of the company development strategy and market positioning in the XXI century are considered. It is suggested that it is the intellectual capital of the company that must become the foundation of success because it determines the competitiveness of companies and is the main resource for their strategic development.

Предметом статьи является парадигма стратегии управления организациями в условиях неопределенности. Цель статьи - создание имиджа организации в конкурентной борьбе. Предложена новая стратегия конкурентной борьбы организации. Рассмотрены подходы к формированию стратегии развития организаций и позиционирования на рынке в XXI в. Вносится предложение о том, что интеллектуальный капитал организаций становится основой успеха. Именно он определяет конкурентоспособность организаций, выступает основным ресурсом их стратегического развития.
